Position Details

• Work in supportive living, private homes, and community settings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Document care provided and report changes in condition

• Follow individualized care plans

Requirements

• Health Care Aide certificate or relevant caregiving experience

• First Aid/CPR certification preferred

• Criminal record and adult abuse registry checks

• Reliable transportation is an asset

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
