Responsibilities
As a Health Care Aide, you will provide compassionate, client-centered support by assisting with personal care and daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping, accurately documenting the care provided, reporting any changes in a client’s condition, and following individualized care plans to ensure safe, consistent, and high-quality care.
Requirements
Successful candidates should have a Health Care Aide certificate or relevant caregiving experience, with First Aid and CPR certification considered an asset. Applicants must be able to complete criminal record and adult abuse registry checks, while reliable transportation is beneficial for community-based assignments. We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional individuals who possess excellent communication skills, work well as part of a team, and are committed to providing exceptional care and support to every client.

Responsibilities
As a Home Support Worker, you will provide compassionate, day-to-day assistance that helps clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities include providing personal care, companionship and emotional support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and accurately documenting care while reporting any changes in the client’s condition to ensure safe and consistent support.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have a Health Care Aide certificate, although it is not required for all positions. Previous experience in caregiving or home care is considered an asset, and reliable transportation is beneficial for out-of-city assignments.
